Monophase electric energy meter SEA11 is an electrotechnical product, analog-digital devise that sums quantity of electric energy meter input in kWt/h.
General purpose

Measuring of active energy in monophase circuits.

Can be used as a sensor for electric energy increment in automated system for electric energy control and accounting as well as for power telemetering.
Field of application

The meters are installed into electricity plants in offices, houses, production areas, mobile constructions, cottages, shops, etc. when consumers are supplied with electric energy from monophase circuit.
Standard provision

The meters are developed, prepared and go into series production according to the requirements of Quality standard ISO 9001 (GOST R ISO 9001-2001), correspond to technical specifications IZHSK. 411152.004 TU, GOST 30207-94 “Static meters of active energy Watt-hours of alternating current (accuracy class 1-2)”, safety requirements determined by GOST R 51350-99. The meters are included in public register of measurement instrumentation in Russia and the CIS: in the Republic of Kazakhstan - reference No KZ.02.3.00241-2003/22986-02, the Republic of Belarus – reference No RB.03.13.1891.03, the Ukraine – reference No 22986-02. The meter is certified. Certificate of conformance No 6526702.
Features

The meters are made on the basis of specialized microcircuit ACP by surface mounting technology.

The meters have large technological margin on accuracy class.

Stable to influence of constant component in alternating current circuit.

Stable to mechanical and climatic influence.

Stable to fails and short breaks of mains supply voltage.

The meters correspond to the requirements to products on electromagnetic compatibility.

The meters are protected from shunt running and influence of constant and alternating external magnetic and electromagnetic fields.

The meters have impulse telemetering output and indicator lamp that operates as indicator of voltage presence in the circuit as well as indicator of a consumer’s load value.

Construction

The meters are made in plastic case, protection from dust and water penetration - IP 51. The case comprises a meter block consisting of terminal block with measuring current sensor, printed-circuit board with surface and volumetric mounting of radio component and mechanical reading devise. Terminal block has a sealed lid. Meter case is sealed by the division of technical control of the manufacturing plant and by a state officer.

Double-rate meter has two reading devices. Summators of a double-rate meter are switched into active and passive state with external signal from any tarifficator ensuring control voltage supply of necessary value. Sructures

Operating conditions
The meters are installed in the enclosed space and in the outdoor allocation devices, IP 33, with operating conditions:
- Ambient temperature from -40 0C to +60 0C – for meters with electromechanical reading device and from -20 0C to +60 0C – for meters with LCD.
- Relative humidity 98% at +250C.
- Atmospheric pressure from 537 to 800 millimeters of mercury.
