Joint-stock company Stavropol radioplant “Signal” is one of the biggest enterprises on the territory of the North-Caucasian Federal district.
Radioplant “Signal” was founded in 1971 as an enterprise of the military-industrial complex. During many years factory has been successfully cooperating with the leading aircraft manufacturing companies of Russia, as well as with foreign partners in manufacturing and supplying of radio electronic equipment. Manufacturing of the wide range of active jamming stations (AJS) designed for mounting on aircrafts, sea- and ground-launched objects is mastered.
At present JSC Stavropol radioplant “Signal” has active cooperation with leading scientific research institutes in development and manufacturing of new modern EW means and is one of the leading companies in this area.
One of the prior and perspective activities of the JSC Stavropol radioplant “Signal” is customer and professional equipment for digital broadcasting manufacturing. Work in this area is held within the Federal Special-Purpose Program “Development of the television broadcasting in 2009-2015”.
Production of the wide range of industrial devices is aligned: equipment for cathode protection of metal constructions against electrochemical corrosion, energy accounting units, different modifications of electric control units. In 1993 was the first factory to start mass manufacturing of the residual current circuit breakers (UZO).
Technical characteristics of the manufactured products are constantly developing and correspond all the customer’s requests. Among the main customers we are proud to mention such companies like JSC “Sukhoi”, JSC KNAAPO, PJSC “RAC “MiG”, FSUE “Rosoboronexport”, JSC “Gazprom”, JSC “AK “Transneft”, JSC “Lukoil” and others. Our company pays a lot of attention to the technical upgrade of the factory. At the moment technical update of the UHF microassambly, electronic components with surface mounting technology, printed circuit boards, mechanical parts processing, molding of plastics, galvanic and paint coatings departments ha been realized what helps to complete an order of any complexity.
There are more then 1700 employers at the moment on the factory. The constant hiring of the young specialists, engineers, and workers is held on the competitive basis. This kind of HR policy helps to form a team able to provide the high scientific-technical level of the products design and manufacturing.
A lot of attention is paid to the developing of the social area. Recreation centres for the employees is organized on the Black Sea shore in the Arkhipo-Osipovka village and on the Novotroitskoe storage lake. In 2004 the modern sports center was built where volleyball, basketball, mini football, table-tennis competitions are held. The constant technology and quality development, product differentiating, wise price policy lets the factory to realize a steady work at present and to make long-term plans. During the 2009 crises period the manufacturing volumes of the factory had increased more then twice.
